Returns & Refunds
You can buy tires with confidence from New American Tires Hub. We will accept returns up to 45 days after delivery of the tires. If you are not happy with the tires for any reason, return them to us for a full refund — and the return shipping is on us.
Please note: the handling fee is non-refundable, and exclusions apply.
How to Start a Return
Please initiate the return request through our customer service before sending anything back. Every return needs a return authorization (RA) number and prior notice — do not return any tires directly to our office, as they will not be accepted without one.

Non-Refundable Handling Fee
The handling fee covers the added cost of home delivery — specialized packaging, extra preparation, and tailored shipping. It applies only when tires are shipped to your address and is non-refundable in the case of a return.
