What happens if the tires I ordered are out of stock by the time my order is processed?

While this happens rarely, if the tires are out of stock, your order may be canceled.

What is your return policy?

We allow returns for 30 days after delivery. The tires must not be mounted or damaged, and you need a Return Authorization before sending anything back.

My tires were mounted, can I return them?

We do not accept returns for any tires that have already been mounted or driven on.

How long does it take for me to get my money back after a return is initiated?

We issue your refund once the returned tire(s) reach our warehouse and we've confirmed the tires are in good condition. From there, we refund your original form of payment within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take one more billing cycle for the credit to show on your statement.

We get it, accidents happen! If you accidentally ordered the wrong tires, we can attempt to cancel the order before it ships if you notify us of order placement.

In some areas, yes — it depends how far you are from the warehouse holding your tires. Your delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay, and there is no minimum spend.

We deliver by FedEx to street addresses in the 48 contiguous states, and your order can go to any address you choose there — home, work, or your installer. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO Boxes.

Our warehouses are not set up to assist with in-person pick-ups. At this time, all orders will be shipped to your chosen delivery address.
