Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have.
Summary
This policy explains what personal information New American Tires Hub (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have.
Three points up front:
- We use advertising and analytics technologies that may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California and other state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time — see Section 5 and the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our site footer.
- We honor Global Privacy Control and other recognized browser opt-out signals.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Our services are for adults.
1. Scope
This policy applies to natireshub.com, to communications we send you, and to information we collect when you contact us or place an order (together, the “Services”). It does not apply to third-party sites we link to.
2. Personal Information We Collect
We collect the following categories. Categories are those defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended.
| Category | Examples | Where it comes from | How long we keep it |

| Inferences | Product and category preferences, audience segments | Derived from the above | 24 months |
Sensitive personal information. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA (such as government ID numbers, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information, or account log-in combined with credentials). We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit under CCPA §1798.121.
Payment card data. Full payment card numbers are collected and processed by our payment processor, not by us. We receive only limited information such as card type, last four digits, and authorization result.
Children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact info@natireshub.com or sales@natireshub.com and we will delete it.
3. Why We Use Personal Information
We use personal information for these business and commercial purposes:
- Fulfilling your order — processing payment, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, warranty and recall support, and tire registration.
- Customer service — responding to your questions, including fitment and size verification.
- Account management — creating and maintaining your account.
- Site operation and improvement — security, debugging, measuring performance, understanding how the Site is used.
- Fraud prevention and security — verifying orders, detecting and preventing fraud, chargeback abuse and return abuse.
- Marketing — sending emails and, with your consent, text messages about products, offers and content; measuring campaign performance.
- Advertising — showing you relevant advertising on other sites and platforms, including through the technologies described in Section 5.
- Legal and compliance — tax, accounting, recordkeeping, recall obligations, and responding to lawful requests.
We will not use your personal information for a materially different purpose without first giving you notice.
4. Who We Disclose Personal Information To
We share personal data with trusted service providers and partners to operate our platform, fulfill orders, and comply with legal obligations.
Order fulfillment and operations. Payment and billing information is securely processed by authorized payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal) to complete transactions. Once an order is placed, essential details — including recipient name, delivery address, phone number, and order contents — are shared with our suppliers, warehouses, and shipping carriers (such as FedEx and UPS) to handle dispatch and delivery. Customer communications and order histories are managed through secure customer support platforms, while post-purchase feedback and verified buyer ratings are facilitated via trusted review platforms.
Technical infrastructure and analytics. Our website and user activity logs are hosted on secure cloud hosting infrastructure. To understand how visitors interact with our site and to improve it, we collect site activity, technical identifiers, and approximate location data using privacy-compliant analytics and performance tracking services.
Marketing and communications. We use email delivery services to send account updates and promotional messages and to measure engagement, using the contact details you provide. Online identifiers, browsing activity and transactional inferences are shared with advertising platforms to deliver relevant messaging and assess campaign performance.
Legal, advisory and corporate obligations. Where required, personal records are accessed by professional advisers including accountants, auditors and legal counsel. We may disclose information to law enforcement, regulators or courts to fulfill legal duties, respond to lawful requests, or protect user safety and legal rights. In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, relevant customer records may be transferred to the acquiring entity, and affected users will be notified if any material changes are made to this policy.
We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Advertising, Analytics, Cookies — and “Sale”/“Sharing”
We use cookies, pixels, SDKs and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary — cart, checkout, security, load balancing. These cannot be switched off.
- Functional — remembering preferences such as delivery ZIP.
- Analytics — understanding how the Site is used.
- Advertising — showing relevant ads on other platforms and measuring their effectiveness.
This is the part that matters for your rights. When advertising and analytics technologies transmit identifiers and browsing activity to advertising platforms so they can serve you targeted advertising, that activity may be a “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, and a “sale” or “targeted advertising” under other state laws — even though no money changes hands.
Categories we may sell or share for advertising: identifiers, internet and network activity, commercial information, approximate geolocation, and inferences.
Recipients: the advertising platforms and analytics providers described in Section 4.
We do not sell or share sensitive personal information, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.
How to opt out
- Use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our site footer.
- Use our cookie preference controls to disable advertising and analytics cookies.
- Send a Global Privacy Control signal. We treat a GPC signal from your browser as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser. Because a GPC signal is browser-based, you should send it from each browser and device you use.
- Email info@natireshub.com or sales@natireshub.com.
Do Not Track. Browsers may transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to DNT, and we do not respond to DNT signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control, as described above.
6. Marketing Communications
Email. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing info@natireshub.com or sales@natireshub.com. We will still send transactional messages about your orders, your account, and security.
Text messages. We do not currently operate a text message marketing program. We may send transactional texts about your order where you have provided a mobile number for that purpose.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Know / Access — what personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell or share, and obtain a copy.
- Delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you.
- Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising — see Section 5.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not use sensitive personal information in ways that trigger this right.
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.
- Appeal — if we deny your request, you may appeal.
- Portability — receive your information in a portable format where technically feasible.

How we handle your request. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 30 days. If we need more time, we will tell you within the first 30 days and may extend once by a further 30 days.
Verification. We will verify your identity before acting on an access, deletion or correction request, usually by matching information you provide against our records. For sensitive requests we may ask for additional information. We will not use verification information for any other purpose.
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent. We will require the agent to provide written permission signed by you, and we may require you to verify your own identity directly with us.

To appeal, reply to our response or email info@natireshub.com or sales@natireshub.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond to an appeal within 30 days and, if we deny it, will tell you how to contact your state attorney general.
Limits on deletion. We may retain personal information where we need it to complete a transaction, provide a Product or service you requested, honour warranty or recall obligations, detect security incidents, prevent fraud, comply with a legal obligation (including tax and accounting records), or exercise or defend legal claims. Where we cannot delete everything, we will delete what we can and tell you what we retained and why.
Free of charge. Requests are free. We may charge a reasonable fee or decline a request that is manifestly unfounded or excessive, and will explain why.
8. Additional State Disclosures
California. In the 12 months preceding the Last Updated date, we collected the categories in Section 2, for the purposes in Section 3, from the sources in Section 2, and disclosed them to the recipients in Section 4. We sold or shared the categories identified in Section 5 for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclosed the categories in Section 2 for business purposes. Under Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83 (“Shine the Light”), California residents may request information about disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing purposes — contact info@natireshub.com or sales@natireshub.com.
Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Tennessee and other states with comprehensive privacy laws. You have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale and certain profiling, together with the right to appeal a denial as described in Section 7. Where required, we recognize universal opt-out mechanisms including Global Privacy Control.
Nevada. Nevada residents may submit a verified request that we not sell certain covered information by emailing info@natireshub.com or sales@natireshub.com with “Nevada Opt-Out” in the subject line.
We do not conduct profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not use personal information for automated decision-making of that kind.
9. Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted access to systems holding personal information.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password, keep it confidential, and sign out when you finish. We will never ask for your password by phone or email.
If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and any required authority as required by applicable law, including California Civil Code §1798.82.
10. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in Section 3, or as required by law. Retention periods by category are in the table in Section 2. Where a specific period is not stated, we apply these criteria: how long we have an active relationship with you; how long we need the information to provide warranty, recall and service support; applicable tax, accounting and statutory limitation periods; and whether we need it to resolve disputes or enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
11. Third-Party Links
Our Site links to third-party sites, including manufacturer sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
12. Visitors Outside the United States
We are located in the United States and our Services are intended for US residents. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will change the “Last Updated” date and, where changes are material, provide notice on the Site and — if you hold an account — by email. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent. Continued use of the Services after that date means you accept the updated policy.
